Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are enjoying our Open Hemp Shop products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving the product to the email: admin@openhempshop.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof of the product and package, within that timeframe.

RETURNS

All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and accompanied by proof of purchase / receipt. All returned items must be unopen, include the original product container, and with all original labels attached. Finished/completely used/empty products and containers are not acceptable as returns for refunds or exchanges.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an unfinished item, please contact customer service at admin@openhempshop.com, or visit our contact page to request a refund or exchange. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) for your return, that you will need to use as part of your return shipping label.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and evaluating the concern / condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take from 48 hrs. to a week to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
